One word for my overall stay experience at The Jungle Crown, Chitwan.. "Outstanding". From their hospitality to the wildlife activities they offer and to do it with a smile is excellent. They ensure that everyone who comes for a stay creates memories for a lifetime. Special mention for Rajan at the front desk.. super service. I would surely love to visit again.. that too soon

This is an amazing getaway in Chitwan. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I stayed at a time there were only a few other guests so they always remembered me and my preferences for dinner. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The rooms are very clean and tasteful. I did have some issues with the safe but the staff were very quick to come fix the problem. The pool is a nice treat. I also participated in the sightseeing guide with Ram, and he was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and friendly. They also organised a safari for me and that was very fun. Would recommend staying here for solo travellers and families!

We (four adults and two kids) arrived in the jungle crowne on monday evening and departed on wednesday morning (june 2024. Summarizing the key likes and suggestions for improvement : 1) location: conveniently located in sauraha, elephant safari point is less than 5 mins drive and jeep safari start location is a little more than 5 mins drive 2) ample parking space in the hotel: we drove to this hotel from india (ranchi) and had sufficient space for safe parking. 3) room size: pretty spacious for a family of two adults and two kids, bathroom was also decent in size. 4) amenities: swimming pool was okay and food quality in general was good (veg, non veg food (fish, chicken) left more to be desired. 5) bathroom amenities and layout: hanger position should be changed from the current one just on top of the western commode. Hand towels and a foot towel/mat should be provided. Of the two flush buttons (long and short, one (short) didn't seem to work. 5) internet connectivity: maybe it was due to the rain/wind, but we had no internet and no tv for almost the entire second day.

I really liked the hospitality of staffs at jungle crown. The ambiente of this hotel was awesome. Swimming pool was add on to this place.
